Delivered as a raw concrete shell, the penthouse offered an open canvas for a highly curated design. The goal was clear: elevate the space while ensuring the views remained the focal point. The color palette reflects the serene tones of the ocean and sky, employing soft neutrals and textured finishes that evolve throughout the day as natural light shifts across the space. Hand-selected Italian marble, custom-stained walnut millwork, and plush textiles create a sophisticated yet inviting atmosphere.
