Developed by Ytech and designed in collaboration with ACPV Architects, G Alvarez Studio, and Arquitectonica, the house has been reborn as a Design Gallery for The Residences at 1428 Brickell.

In a city often marked by transformation, the restoration of the historic Nolan House stands as a gesture of continuity and vision. Developed by Ytech and designed in collaboration with ACPV Architects, G Alvarez Studio, and Arquitectonica, the house has been reborn as a Design Gallery for The Residences at 1428 Brickell. Once a neoclassical mansion from Miami’s Millionaire’s Row, the site now offers an immersive preview of a future tower while preserving the architectural soul of 1920s Brickell.
