Iván Guisado began his professional career in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, collaborating on significant projects such as the expansion of Tenerife Norte Airport. Over five years (2011-2016), he furthered his career internationally, working with prestigious studios in London. Among his achievements are the award-winning Foyles bookstore, recipient of the RIBA National Award 2015 (Building of the Year in the UK), and London's largest residential development, Hannover Square Residential. He currently leads Puerta35, an architecture studio based in Tenerife, Spain. The studio comprises a team of professionals with over 20 years of experience in the sector, both nationally and internationally. Puerta35 specializes in residential, educational, sports, and public projects. Puerta35 approaches architecture with passion and respect. Each new project is a challenge, aiming to deliver functional architectural solutions that enhance users' lives. Their work is characterized by humility, continually learning and improving with each project undertaken.
